Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within seven (7) days of the delivery date for a refund.
Please contact us at orders@merch-attack.com within the 7th day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned without the express authorization of Merch-Attack! Store.
Additional exceptions to the return policy:

• You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
• Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD.
• Only unopened and sealed CDs, DVDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
• Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
• Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options for Domestic and International customers. Time in transit estimates are listed in business days and vary from time to time.

• Domestic: TNT National (1-2 days)
• International: TNT International (3-8 days)

Shipping Info

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after it has been received and within 6 working days on most major holidays. All TNT orders receive tracking numbers, and you can check the status of your order on www.tnt.it
Please double check your address before finalizing your order. If a package is lost and we were provided with an incorrect address you are responsible for additional charges to reship or replace the lost goods. All international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Regarding shipments that include vinyl records, Merch-Attack! Store is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may take place during shipping. In particular corner dings/bends are very difficult to prevent and we cannot issue refunds or replacements. Warped, damaged and/or defective vinyl will of course be replaced or refunded.

Payment Options

You can pay for your order by using Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can use it to pay. If you don't have any Paypal account, don't worry! You can pay using your credit card directly from Paypal site. Not sure what PayPal is? Go to www.paypal.com and freak out!

Variations in Color

Please be aware that items purchased online may vary slightly in color in real life because of the various different configurations of computer monitors.
